What’s the best county to invest in buy/flip in New Jersey?

I am a newbie investor, I tried looking for different solution to what and where to start my investment but still at lost. I spent thousands of dollars searching for solutions but still can’t solution. I desperately need help. I’ve reach my limits, wasted a lot of money but still didn’t give up. Can someone please give me a guide

    I invest in Monmouth county mostly, have had quite a few properties I wholesaled there! The best and cheapest way to get things going is to network, network, network!!!
