@Miles Davis Inventory of investment grade property in DC is in very short supply. There too many cash buyers and not enough people ready and willing to sell. Prince George's County and Baltimore are better choices as we look forward in the next election cycle. In the mean time, be patient and make a lot of friends that that know what they are talking about. Aunt Susie that never flipped a house can't help you.
