@Peter Sik Fort worth is getting very sub-divided and the lines are becoming clearer on where the money is flowing.  Great areas of growth to look into are: The Cultural District/ West 7th as well Magnolia which is slowly turning but much more long term play more buy and hold strategy unless you have a lot of capital to play with.  Lastly; I will throw in Texas Wesleyan.  They have recently got a football team which will bring a lot of people to the beach and i30 area 

In Texas it can be hard to find way to get comps outside of a realtor.  But it can be done.   I have had a few realtors tell me they would give me comps and never come through.  So always make sure to have a second choice of action.

I am a wholesaler in Fort worth.  I am starting out but have come across a few great deals. Fill free to contact me if you have any questions.  Hot spots in my town are going to be located closer to the Cultural district lately.  I would start there.
