@Jeff Filali my day job is in Aviation.  When they say they are adding 1800 jobs you have to understand they also might have laid off just as many in the months before.  So make sure to look a little deeper in to the company. The jobs are going to be for a new project they are bringing and it might be all contract labor which will most likely rent; which is great.
