@Jaysen Medhurst The thing is, is I have read over my paperwork (the loan disclosures, loan contracts, etc) like 3-4 times and I can't find any language that implies or refers to a 1-year holding/ waiting period agreement. I am wondering if it's because it's a refi and not the initial loan. The only language that comes close is a "demand feature" and it says that this loan does not have that as apart of it.

The home is fine as a rental. I knew we'd probably rent it at some point so I was sure to buy below market and we live in a pretty desirable area. It actually cashflows a bit after all expenses.

I just recently refinanced my primary residence that I have lived in for 2 years but I want to convert it to now convert it to a rental. I am concerned that if I convert it to a rental I won't be able to get another primary residence loan because the refi went through a different lender. My loan disclosure for the new loan says there is no demand feature for the new current loan but I am not sure if the demand feature is referring to this type of situation. Anyone have any thoughts I should consider?

Hey Jeff. Thanks for the heads up. Been looking at Cincinnati as well. I kind of like the cheviot hills area. Thoughts on that area? I passed on a deal in roselawn cause the area was bit too sketchy for me.

I’m headed this weekend to walk a 9unit multi family and I wondering if any of you experienced multi family owners if there is anything I should be looking out for or any specific questions I should ask? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. This is will be my first deal.

@Dustin Burke would you say these terms are better than a HML?
