Fundwise Capital Financing

Does anyone have any experience financing with Fundwise Capital? I recently applied for a line of credit, but I've read some poor reviews and wanted to see if anyone has had any dealings with them. Looking to use them for BRRR or fixer uppers. Thanks!

Buyer beware! Ask the right questions so you are confident of what you are applying for...

All, I was looking to obtain a Unsecured Personal Line of Credit when I went thru Fundwises preliminary approval process. Below are the three offers they presented.

I believe I was mislead when I spoke to them over the phone prior to going thru the preapproval process.

I did not accept any of the three options as they are charging a 9%!!! fee of the total funding amount I decide to secure. They did however put a cap of $5k on that fee. Thanks Fundwise... This financing I could have secured on my own.

Now, with that said, if you are having trouble finding a 0% introductory offer credit card, Fundwise can help; for a hefty fee that is... Or just go to: https://www.nerdwallet.com/the-best-credit-cards?t...they do a good job comparing different cards and shows what kind of credit rating is required for each.

Hope this info keeps someone out of trouble.

Blue skies always, Dustin
