Hello all . I have been thinking about this and haven't come up with a plan yet. I have a first floor that gives power to basement . Gas no problem it's only on first floor. How should I put the rent on first floor . Utilities included. Not included and pay them something. Pay utilities and charge for ac or something . Because I'm putting a stove atop in basement too. Any help can be appreciated.

@Daniel Fane just input. I paid a home inspector close to a grand that a contractor who looked at the job and priced it could have done for free. I see that a lot. People start learning how the inspector works and if not sure a contractor will help.

Hello bp community. I have just purchased a property in the Fairfield county Connecticut. Bridgeport to be exact. Now all I need is to get it ready for renting. It is a lot of small things. Nothing like a total renovation. Kitchen and bathrooms are done. Just need it to get ready for rental. So what I'm looking for with the help of investors in the CT area is a good referral of anyone who can help me get it ready . Someone that deals with rentals meaning keeping costs low and is quick. I would like a refferal not Craigslist. Than you for any suggestions in advance .
