Hi guys just wanted to put it out there. I bought my first investment property and it's all going well. Now tax season and I need help with separating my receipts and paperwork that will be good for the irs and help me in the long run. I am in ny but my home is In Connecticut. Any help would be appreciated.

When is it beneficial to use cash out refi or heloc , To buy a single family home . Just looked at conventional loans but someone made sense to use heloc and have tenants pay for faster return.

@Cassi Justiz what are the benefits of doing the day to day operations through an LLC. Does that help with any tax savings ?

Hello people. Just wanted to get some info and maybe have me steered in the right direction. Last year I bought a two family in Connecticut. Bought as an investment property and mortgage under my name. Now I want to turn it over and have it under an LLC. I hear stories of mortgage companies wanting their money right away if you want to change title . But if I cannot , what other steps I can do this. Can I start the LLC and send rent payments there and build up credit ? I'm stuck on what to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
