Shared utilities from basement to first floor
Hello all . I have been thinking about this and haven't come up with a plan yet.
I have a first floor that gives power to basement . Gas no problem it's only on first floor. How should I put the rent on first floor .
Utilities included. Not included and pay them something. Pay utilities and charge for ac or something . Because I'm putting a stove atop in basement too.
Any help can be appreciated.
