@Ian Walsh thank you for giving me the prospective of a lender. Along with Matthews response of needing a registered agent in the state is swaying me to wait or just register it in MA. Do you know if you can register a LLC in a state but live in another ?

@mathew McNeil thank you so much for that information. Knowing that I would need to have a registered agent in FL might influence my decision.Since there would be no in Florida that I can put as a register agent thank you again.

Hello BP family,

question i want to create my investment company LLC. i currently live in Florida but, am planning to move to Massachusetts next year and will be primarily investing in Massachusetts. The question i have if i register the LLC in Florida do i need to register it again in Massachusetts when i move up there ? or can i just register it in one state and use it in any where i go ? thank you.

@Demetrius ward  perfectly said ..... couldn't agree with you more. i am new to investing and i currently have a property i was looking at and is also in pre-foreclosure . Reading many of the post comments to what i believe was a sincere question there were so many passive aggressive responses. i know my heart and by no means would i take advantage of the owner they are already dealing with going through a foreclosure. i want to be a part of a solution not the problem and i want to be totally transparent with the owner on not buying the home but helping them find a buyer. i would do my job of walking the property with a contractor and getting a actual estimate on rehab. i would even goes as far as paying for a inspection out of pocket to give as much  accurate  information to potential investors helping the home owner and gaining experience are way above making a profit.I come from a different world were integrity and honor is key So if i can you give you some words of encouragement forget the hatters stay ten toes down and chase your dream !

Hey Demetrius,

To be honest i am new to real estate investing my niche is long-term hold multifamily but, chatting on BP i met up with a wholesaler in MA and i just sent my first letter to a owner in MA and i currently live in FL. i guess i would recommend finding a more experienced wholesaler and your area and learn. i wish much success in your journey.

Its called "Fairview" its located next to the military base and per neigborhoodscout is a good market. i am in the beginning phases of investing i have connected with a realtor/ investor named Christopher Martin i can connect you if you would like ?

Hey, @Javon Williams Thanks for joining the conversation i currently live in South Florida but, yes East Longmeadow is a township just out of Springfield i believe there are more single family's in that area so if multifamily is desirable not sure if the area you might want to look at @ Filipe Pereira  mentioned Enfield i need to look into the area. so i see your in the Boston Area do you primarily invest in Boston ? i am looking to connect with like minded individuals and learn and be an asset were i can.
