Ray Harrell thanks for the clarification. I'm learning :)
Tim Simmons On the right hand side of the forum screen, it should say forums. It looks like a title, but it is a menu. Click on it. Then go to browse forums. I'm doing this from my Mobile, so I hope the format is compatible if you're using a laptop or PC. I am on the main site though. Hope this helps!

Tom Ott Thanks for all the information. I haven't done any serious searches; just a quick browse when Jay brought it up. I know very little about Ohio, so having the names of specific areas that have been successful for investor is very helpful. We'll see what the future holds. I'll contact you if I ever decide to purchase in Cleveland. By the way, I just saw Lake Erie and thought there might be a potential for flooding. Once again, me just grasping with very little prior knowledge. Thanks again!

Jay Hinrichs I'm nowhere near ready to purchase out of state; we are still closing on our first investment property, but I keep hearing about Cleveland. I always have one eye on the future, and was wondering what you noticed is a sign that Cleveland is headed in the right direction? I did a crime search, and it seemed sketchy in most areas, but I looked on the MLS and prices were ridiculously low. That said, those houses could have been in crime infested areas. Ive never been to or researched Ohio, so my opinion is not based on anything substantial. Do you know anything about flooding there? I don't know Cleveland's history and am curious about where it's headed. Thanks, Rhiannon

Sometimes the property will not pass inspection to get financed.
If you are using the app, there is a "category" section on the drop down menu. I don't use the main site very often, so can't remember the page format to help there. Sure someone will answer this for you :) If not, I can look at the site for you and figure it out.
Christopher Phillips how much should one have reserved at all times for the long run? Thanks!

Aaron Mazzrillo "there are lots of sociopaths out there." Thanks for the reminder! I've met quite a few in my personal and professional life, and I use to be a teacher! There everywhere. They are the ones always looking for excessive sympathy in order to control you. Hate thinking about it, but you have to be aware. Their true colors come out eventually, but then it's too late.

Lana Lee Thank you for the encouragement and explanation. I should have just ignored what I deemed as a condescending comment. Had he had a more definite answer to the question he determine I was asking, it wouldn't have crossed my mind to say anything back. Can't expect everyone's idea of a "good deed" to be the same. Time to remember what it's like to work with different personalities. Lesson learned.
