@Jennifer Schelkopf how does one get a copy of the actual report? I searched, but could only seem to find this article about the report.

@JD Robinson there are a couple different groups that meet here in NWA. The NWA REI group had several meetings every month and the local BP meetup is just starting back this month.

@Alex Fairman market is super hot here. Couple things to check out:

1. There is a local Real Estate Investment Group that meets several times each month. www.REI-NWA.com

2. @Ryan Blackstone is a broker with a great team and works with a lot of investors.

Lots of great stuff happening in the area though. Tons of growth and no signs of slowing down in the long-term.

@Jason Robinson, welcome to real estate! I'm also in NWA, but not too far along my REI journey either.

There are some great folks here in NWA that have lots of experience. You can check out the NWA REI group. They hold several (virtual) meetings each months on various topics and I've found them to be interesting and also have been able to meet quite a few other investors through this meetings.

@Stefan De Jong, I'm in the area as well and haven't seen anything on market where the numbers make sense. The market is too hot if you're looking for cashflow from what I'm seeing.

There are a couple different groups that meet regularly here in the area. A bigger pockets meetup, which you can probably search for in the events section, as well as a local REI club (www.rei-nwa.com).
