Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $317,000

I have been in and out of the BP forum for years now. I always been interested in investing in real estate but I was moving around while a bit. Finally settle in Northwest Arkansas two year ago and started my real estate investing journey with a house hack.
