Hello everyone,

I'm extremely interested in real estate investment and want to mainly focus on multi-family. I'm 25yo and have lived in NWA for about 7 years. I completed college in December of 2020 and basically I'm looking to build a portfolio while managing a 9-5. I've done quite a bit of research and listened to many podcasts but there's nothing like the real thing. I'm seeking to make my first investment between now and December and I would love to connect and pick brains of anyone who is willing to share knowledge about the NWA market or just about REI in general.

@JD Robinson there are a couple different groups that meet here in NWA. The NWA REI group had several meetings every month and the local BP meetup is just starting back this month.
