How about finding hotspots themselves such as the places (i.e neighborhoods/zip codes) that have the most activity in, whether a buyer or sellers market?

Hey everyone, I came across a book titled "Multi Family Millions" about investing in MFR. It gave me a nice perspective about MFR though right now I'm doing wholesaling. I would love to hear from and speak with those successful in this facet of real estate. Any tips and guidance you have will be greatly appreciated.
