Hey everyone, I came across a book titled "Multi Family Millions" about investing in MFR. It gave me a nice perspective about MFR though right now I'm doing wholesaling. I would love to hear from and speak with those successful in this facet of real estate. Any tips and guidance you have will be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Terrell Sapp ! I always recommend that anyone interested in starting multi-family investing read “Insider Secrets to Financing Your Real Estate Investments” and "What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow... And 36 Other Key Financial Measures” by Frank Gallinelli. You'll get a good solid understanding of many of the metrics used to evaluate an investment (such as cash on cash return, which measures the annual return you made on the property in relation to the down payment and expresses it as a percentage)
