Always I interested in a meetup about real estate Vijaianand Thirnageswaram . Didn't think one was happening this month, or hadn't seen your post. Looking forward to it if it happens. Great location if at Wholefoods again.
Hey Jacob Smith , Memorial is a great area. Like everyone else said, best to check numbers. Sought after homes and location, are you rehabbing it yourself or wholesale? Either way, great area to be in. Good luck!

Hey Andre Wilson , I scan the forums and answer when I can. You meet different people and share advice all for the common goal. You never know and could find partners or deals. So it's one avenue of networking. Driving for dollars is choosing the neighborhood you want to work in, driving, looking for old houses, addresses, then mailing or calling. Or do it going/coming from work.

Hey Andre Wilson , how are you? Networking is one of the best ways to expand your network. You get more buyers and deals, the more people you meet. BP's most recent podcast mentioned buying/ trading for a buyers list from other wholesalers. And as always, there is BP, a great community where you can learn from others success and mistakes. Hope that helps!

Hey Rudy Varo , Richclub.org is the Site you want to visit. Click calendar and you'll see the schedule. They have a monthly meet at beginning of month and various meets after. Same with thewealthclub.org. Those are great starting points. Hope that helps!
Hey Stefon Bostick ! Like J Scott mentioned, what you're doing is different. Unless I misunderstood. Wholesaling usually means buying directly from seller. If you're buying from business, wholesale fee has already been carved out. I would think you'd be making it harder on yourself the way your doing it. Best thing is BP is the best place to figure it all out. Best of luck!

Hey Khalid Powell , welcome! Since letters are already out, look for buyers on Craigslist, FB, here on BP. You really only need 1-2 buyers in the beginning. Find out what they are buying and where, what's they're ideal of a home run deal. Then you know what you're looking for in a deal. Team up with a pro for a split fee, shorten the learning curve. Always network, find more buyers, so you can cast a bigger net. Hope that helps.

Just like that Pedro Jimenez , you're the man. Tag up with an experienced wholesaler for split fee. Keeps you motivated, shortens learning curve and keeps you accountable. If you're doing that on your own. Like previous BP podcasts mention, don't worry about details, just get a deal. You rock! Get it done!
