Thanks for the reply James. The triplex is a wholesale deal and I'd need to move fast. Because it's also a wholesale deal, bank financing is out of the picture. I would like to hold it for myself, establish a lending relationship and looking for options that are win-win. Again, thanks for the input.

Hello all. Reaching out and seeking advice. I have a triplex wholesale deal in Houston that I would like to buy and hold. I would like to borrow full price for the deal. I would pay up to 5% in interest and seeking 10-15 year terms. Investor would have first position. Is or something like this available? Any options pointers, advice appreciated. TIA.
You're right David! Dollar amount doesn't help any either. If anything, it'll be a learning experience.
Thanks Tom.
Thanks Michael. Seller responded to marketing I sent out. Property not listed. Will call back today. Was looking for wording, and info I needed to request from seller. Need to familiarize myself with questions to ask as this is not the first mf that's answered marketing.
Thanks for the response. No, I did not get income info. Really wasn't sure if I should ask for verbal info or meet and get rent records. Should I ask for expenses. I know I should get info, but didn't know how to word it.
Hello all. In Houston, I generally wholesale houses but ran into a multi family deal. It's a 10 unit deal, 5 duplexes, all on one large lot with room to build 2-3 more. Owner wants 265k, willing to negotiate. It's not a great neighborhood, mainly working families. Unfamiliar with multi family and numbers. Could this be a deal? How would you structure. Thanks all.
