My recommendation is psprint.com. I'll check out overnightprints.com

Vistaprint.com, we call them the marketing gauntlet. They are the rule to upselling. Hard to get out of there without being drug into buying magnets or more business cards.

For no brainer cash flow. Pueblo, CO I have a friend buying properties between $10k - $50k and mostly getting min. $450-$550 a month in rent. Do the math on a $25k property that will rent at $450 a month.

Find properties where owners with older mortgages (hint: marketing strategy) with lower payments will wait on their equity until you sell the property.

I'd also look into options. Options turn into other types of deals.

I saw a country wide REO being rehabbed once... refinish on the hardwoods, new carpet, the works.

Strangely they were not going to fix the termite damage.

Banks, fascinating creatures

I get leads from all around the country and would like a place I can send them.

Start a group in your state! Kentucky, I've got a hot lead and no one to send it to!

I always have to think this one through... I've used so many.

real prospect.

I tried motivated sellers and extreme marketing. RP took out a bunch of problems I had with the other two. Check out my website if you're interested in a little more info on it.
