Glad to hear no one was heart. I can't imagine how the families must feel hopefully they can get situated close by soon. I am not sure how insurance etc would work with all that but seems like an overwhelming process. Best of Luck and report back with things that you

@David Zheng Great to hear about your successes and how any failures motivated you. I agree that sometimes Millennials get a bad rap on being entitled and lazy but I see first hand how many are. Will be interesting to see what the future holds when all those baby boomers want to sell their homes and us lazy millennials don't have the cash to buy em. 

Great Topic @Edward Noseworthy I am a new Multi-Family Investor but I would love to connect with individuals looking or currently investing in multi-family properties. There is plenty to learn!

Great topic, As last nights results shocked myself and the rest of the world it will be interesting to see how the RE markets respond. As a investor in the south I hope that growth continues to head that way.
