    Hey Aaron that a good question!

          Green is my favorite color,but I would go red for the 50/50 shot with out a doubt! 

I would guess that 95% of the people I know would instinctively choose green.

      I have came to the conclusion that most if not all of my ancestors were mushrooms.

We thrive on BS !   Its such a  pleasure to run across so many who are trying to HELP me  with their pure BS deals.

    I do most things on an ipad and keep one in the truck,can't see the screen on cell phone worth a darn.  I can move most info to computer from ipad or ipad to computer

     I agree with@Wayne Brooks  if you don't know what your doing it will bite you sooner or later.

   I have watched many new to the game jump head first into a snake pit thinking it was a gold mine .

I had the same situation come up with an old friend it was properties and accounts. When he got sick and getting down his wife divorced him and kids had no time for him.She was moving to another state.

      He talked it over with his ex and they had the bank set everything up,then they talked to me ,at the time thought  I would just be handling his money for him. it wasn't until signatures time that I found out the truth.

If I actually made a list of names for my team It would be well over a hundred members here on BP .

  I value everyone opinions ,how I view things  changes over time  as I gain more experience.

I learn a lot reading about your methods and what works in your area.
