Registration is required for all events Our REAPS Commercial meeting is held every month on the 2nd Wednesday at the Bellevue Azteca Mexican Restaurant. Registration is required to attend. Dinner is optional but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community!
If you have decided to take the plunge into commercial real estate, this may just be the group you have been looking for. If you are new to commercial investing and want to surround yourself with other members making the same plunge then join us. The meeting is a round table format so open discussions are the norm and speakers are rare. Come prepared to share as much as you are prepared to learn. The discussions will be focused on multifamily, office, retail, mobile home parks, etc. Is the grass really greener with commercial? Our commercial group leader, Jeff Hamel, will answer with a definite YES!
About Our Moderator....
I am a full time professional firefighter. Licensed Contractor since 1991, General Contractor since 2009. I bought our first single-family rental property in 1994. Have been a member of REAPS since 2008. We currently hold rental properties, working on smaller short plat projects, doing flips, and seeking Multi-Family properties.
