This article reference trimming back Frannie & Freddie to allow the Government to get out selling mortgages.

Does that mean more risk for banks? And, if banks are allow to fail, more loan scrutiny will occur?

What's your take?

Now Bryan, you're letting your distain cloud your usually clear and concise opinions.

Are you saying an agent you can provide you with market data, market analysis etc is not incrementally worth let's just say $25-$75? Not saying those are mine or any particular agents' fees!

Some agent provide bpo services almost identical to an appraisal, if not more. Do you think the appraisers' fee is incrementally worth the value?

Are you an appraiser? Which would clear up several things?

Cheap solicitation coming....................

So, who's first? Who wants a Realtor, Broker, I may add, willing to give you an opinion of value and condition, maintain a fiduciary and provide market analysis, aka BPO!

Seriously, is the distain for real estate agents that great, an investor would prefer to use the services of a non-real estate agent?

Considering the whole subject involves real estate, I would think a real estate agent would be the go to person.

Water is sprouting from my sink, let me call my electrician!

Yes, this would be a great gig for someone and I applaud the individuals ingenuity. But, this wheel has already been created, agents (like myself, another solication cheap or otherwise) have been doing this for years.

Just curious why an investor would employ this person as opposed to a real estate agent!

"You may view this forum, but you must have company information (company name, city, state, phone number) in your profile, your profile must be public, and you must have your signature activated. Click here to set these."

I've read the above message a few times and each time I comply with the information, the red banner returns. I've also noticed, after I enter the company telephone number and hit Save, the telephone number disappears.

Can someone assist?

Thanks in advance.

The ding of a successful Short Sale today would not have an impact on your scores 10-12 years from now, however, the cost to struggle with this under water property will last long behind that same time.

Create yourself a spreadsheet, take out the emotions and look at the numbers. Maybe the end results will sway your decision to attempt a short sale. And, if the short sale isn't successful, then you have your morals to fall back on.

In any case, good luck, I wish you two the best!

Thanks Josh.

Good point Doc.

Ann, it is your point that makes my frustration. It doesn't happen on my level!

But, as Dr Fish says, I will keep networking and connecting until I reach the top.

Could not get an assignment on the property, sell it to an end-user for a lower return? Somewhere around $20-$30k.

List(sell) the property for a very attractive price, get paid and be done with it.

Ditto, the wife, friend thing!

I would like to suggest shutting the site down, but at least by having it, I'm aware of those who claim to have bulk reo's.

If the site is shut down, then the bulk reo characters will reinvent themselves and purport some other worthless product (meaning there's no way in heck they can produce) with the same vigor.

At least now....I know who you are, I know what you're doing!
