hello everyone I am saling my condo to get the funds to start flipping Homs . If I have signed with a real estate agent a contract to sell my condo . 

And I am not happy with the performance of that agent can I discide to stop working with that person and delete the contract ? Or it's up to the agent since I have signed the contract . ? Unfortunately I have not talked to the agent about exit strategy.

I just decided to sell it 

I want to sell it an investor because it has great a tanent . That pays rent and want to stay . And also I want to save on real estate fees . And investors are usually pay cash

If it's true,I have  a condo that I want to sell it has a renter in and I think an investor in my are would like to maybe add it to his portfolio

We are going to work with cash only no banks 

I wanted to know what kind of company should I open (LLC)

And should I have  a n operation agreement form to protect myself
