Realeastate contract with an agent

hello everyone I am saling my condo to get the funds to start flipping Homs . If I have signed with a real estate agent a contract to sell my condo . 

And I am not happy with the performance of that agent can I discide to stop working with that person and delete the contract ? Or it's up to the agent since I have signed the contract . ? Unfortunately I have not talked to the agent about exit strategy.
