Thank you all for the great advise

I am going to have a partner who is has experience and a co struction crew . He has few properties. 

But he is not into flipping houses on a daylong basis . So we are going to work together. We are going to start small maybe buying for 100k-125k 

And rehab for 30-40 k and try to sell for 200 k and up 

So I guess I need to talk to some investor friendly agent in the area that can help us get our first deal . 

hi my name is ron and I am looking to invest in Maryland doing flips (single family house)I wanted to find out about areas that are good to Do a flip . 

How to go about looking for the right area where I can make a good profit after rehab . 

Anyone that work in Maryland and have knowledge about that ,I would love to hear from them .
