Posting a property to sell in bigger pockets conunity

My name is ran cohen 

I am new to bigger pockets . I have heard that there is a way to post your property for sale to other investors . 

If it's true,I have  a condo that I want to sell it has a renter in and I think an investor in my are would like to maybe add it to his portfolio 

I was wondering what is the proper and right way to do it with out braking any bigger pockets rules .
