I've looked on Listsource and did a search for properties that have been owned atleast 10 yrs. However, there's no way of telling if there's equity with the property. So i did another search with estimated equity under the mortgage prospects!!

Is this the right area to search?????

I saw this was asked before in 2009. But I would like the hear recent opinions on these source database.

I haven't bought any list yet just been messing with the spec..But what you think is better and why.

Do you use another source besides these two??

Thank You soo much Aaron for the details. I was actually going to try and have a Title Company send me a list in return I will use them for my closings. I didn't know how many lists are out there that i can choose from.

The FSBO list.....you will find this at the county court house or Title Co.???? Or just by riding around in the neighborhoods?
