@Chris of course not I don't want anyone to sign papers for me EXCEPT ME. If I do try it out and hire VA I would tell the what to offer and such. ONce accepted the DOCS would be emailed to me.......idk just thinking I would have to make offers myself first just to see what the process is.

@Joseph I that about just that but I went through like 5 already. And I feel like I'm wasting their time. So I just going to try and do it myself therefore I can get out my shyness and such.

Hey Shanqua

I haven't used the company yet for I'm focusing on building a reliable buyer's list at the moment.

This is an example of a Certificate of Title, but you want buyers who are human. So this is an example (sold to FNMA) of content that won't directly help. These records may be online for a fee. I didn't look that hard.

You can also go to the actual sale... but aparently the "sale" is held online now?? FL state law change? Sorry, I didn't look that hard. I'll leave that for you to explore.

Orange county courthouse link.

Yes Orange County FL. I'm not afraid to dig deep into things LOL. But with the Certificate of Title those who it was sold to (humans) HAVE to buy with cash ONLY??? Are these the homes that are being bought at the courthouse steps?????? I'll def. look more into it!!!!! Thanks so much Chris Martin!!

@Chris Clothier im still interested in the examples u may have in sending out postcards/letters to these cash buyers!

LOL! Most of the time the banks are those who received the cash!

Anyway... courthouse buyer like myself buy from the trustee with cash. The files are in the courthouse. Public record. You chould easily find a half dozen serious buyers along with their addresses (possibly phone numbers) in about 10 minutes.

expound????? Like what area of the courthouse?? Who should i talk to ect?

@Will what is PIPL???
@Steve not feasible!!!! Im targeting by zip codes and one zip code that I actually live in had atleast 175 (rought estimate) properties that were bought with cash out of the 233 that my realtor sent me. That was my first plan but yea that was out the door when i saw how many that were bought with cash!!!!
@Roy interesting i believe we do have something like that in FLA! Will def. try that to find a phone number of those businesses!!! :)
@Jimmy yea when the "drive by" plan failed i resorted to that. I was thinking about giving them several options in contacting me. Do you know or does anyone know great info on building a squeeze page????
@Chris Im interested my email is in my signature.. Thank you in advance

AND THANK EVERYONE FOR RESPONDING!!!!!!!!! I love BP!!! LOL
