I saw this was asked before in 2009. But I would like the hear recent opinions on these source database.

I haven't bought any list yet just been messing with the spec..But what you think is better and why.

Do you use another source besides these two??

I called Listsource last week and had a good conversation with one of their reps. It's not for me. Listsource pulls the same info that I can find on my public records here, so what's the point?

I haven't tried MelissaData. I'm looking for 90 day late leads and those don't necessarily get recorded. Only when the lender is about to start an action will it go to the registry and I want the info long before that.

Listsource was a waste of $$ for me, but I guess it depends on what you need.
