Shawn Ackerman keep the pedal to the metal, usually when your feeling exhausted is when your almost there. Just keep knocking on that door some one will eventually answer.

Hello all, I am looking to invest in the north end of Bridgeport Ct along the Fairfield line. I'm looking at 2 and 3 family homes.. It seems like the market here is hard to read being that home prices are all over the place. Does any one have any experience in this market that could give me some input? Any info is appreciated thank you.

@Reginald Dearmon having direct access to MLS listings is always great. Not having to wait around for an agent also gives you an edge. If your buying a property thats listed with an agent you can also earn commission on your own deal. I would say for the cost of the license its definitely worth it as long as you have the time to do it. So all in all, the license does help but it is not necessary, you also should consider the cost of yearly fees associated with the license and brokerage your with.

Hi All, What is a good market to buy and flip single family homes in the New Heaven Connecticut area? Does any one have any experience with flips in this area. Any advise or info is appreciated. Thanks Nelson
