Hey BP,

This three bedroom property will be a great rental for your portfolio, and can easily pull in 18% returns! It was built in 1960, and sits on a slab, so it'll be plenty easy to work with. With such an affordable price, you can't go wrong with this one! I'm looking for a cash buyer to whom I can assign my interest in the property.
