I know that it used to be common to mix diesel with used oil or tranny fluid what ever was handy .It was used for termites carpenter ants any other wood munchers they drilled into the ground and also sprayed exterior of buildings and wood floors of trailers to help preserve the wood.

In some states the rental cabins in parks got this treatment until the mid 70's

The used oil soaked right in and you would never know.

you can re floor a trailer with oak and park it in the sun put on several coats and the wood looks normal

When they moved in a pool table and several other items they had problems

A copy of mortgage loan payments would be helpful

People usually save payment receipts or can get copy of checks

Looks like termite damage to me sometimes it's only a small area or could be extensive damage

You can buy Termidor online to treat it yourself

I frequent tax sales in my area and have either received a tax deed or a tax lien certificate

before I bid for a deed I learn the rules for the area and also check for IRS lien it can bite you It lasts 120 days, some state or county liens may stick

I have seen child support lien or in one case a 20k medical lien(somehow connected to a state university) stick

Here I wait a year and do a quiet title depends on the state

When Santa puts you on his Nice List permanently ,after you get him a better deal on vacation property in a nice warm area

When my wife is watching anything on TV when I get home she grabs the remote ready to hit pause...... And she knows whatever comes out of my mouth is RE related. She wonders If I know how to talk about anything else.

I have ran across one dead dog still on chain and another that was almost dead (distemper is what I was told later) they had no food or water.

Saw another years back that was chained to a doghouse.

One guy naked passed out in bathroom I hit him with the door four or five times to see if he was alive he finally groaned. His friends were drooling wasted , on the verge of passing out

Man offered to sell me two duplexes with great tenants below at a nice price!

A woman and her younger friend who offered dates with various prices Then guy who came out of back room with a empty crossbow whacked out on who knows what dope rigs on floor it's about 10:30am

Bloody mattresses

Knocked on one door and a mans voice said to come in

I gagged when I opened the door and the chair he was in was full of liquid crap and he had squirted dribbled all over the floor. Plenty of whiskey bottles
