I had some sport pro I picked up at a school auction in Texas it holds up.

I would usually try to get the parents on the hook if they check out ok.

For me it may have been the ton of extra hours I spent doing needless things on the first one or two!

your welcome! I like the tax sales a lot of people don't.

Around here I have just called them ( you can usually find # online )

But I usually knock on their doors most folks end up paying the taxes but every now and then one will make a deal.
