I’m not sure I understand your question. Are you trying to have a different principal loan originator in place? What kind of business do you currently have? 

Or just take a overall lower interest rate that'll save you more than $10,000 over the life of the loan. 

Hello Ian, 4.875% does seem pretty high for a near 800 credit score.. I have a few people in the south Ft. Lauderdale area that you can speak to that will definitely beat that rate.

@Account Closed would since you are a broker and not a direct lender L.O that is only making 1.75bps. Why won’t you offer some of your commission instead of trying to have other people make sacrifices while you end up making none?
