Not sure where to ask this, MLO question

Not sure what exactly I'm looking for, nor am I sure how to ask, but here's a shot:

We have a family business, all of us family except the head MLO attached to the business. This person is a tyrant, and truthfully shouldn't be a head of a business; that being said, we have no choice, we have to keep him until the end of the year.

We have another MLO ready to take his place, but their license hits that 1 year mark in November, is there any way around that?
If not, is there a direction to point us to? We simply cannot take this person anymore.

Edit: We are in Florida if that helps at all
