@Danilo Perea, reach out to @Malgorzata Sadowska. She is local and knows investments well. I've worked with her quite a few times together already.

Hey @Chris Noles, reach out to @Josh Green. He is our local expert and has a true pulse on our current market. He’s probably the most active investor and investor focused agent here on the forums to be honest with you. I’ve worked with him on a ton of deals and can definitely vouch for him.

@Koushik Saha, as long as you lived in your previous house for 12 months, or so, then there's no reason why you cannot turn the property into an investment. Really though, you don't have to say much, if any, if you did, and all you need to do is change your insurance to a landlord policy.

@Alex Mcfarlane, reach out to @Josh Green who was previously recommended. He’s honestly my go to agent for everything in the Tampa Bay Area. He’ll always give you the honest truth!

@Alec Strahl I’m not sure if you necessarily need a business coach, but more so someone that’s actually involved in the field themselves that has a proven track record. I’m sure @Josh Green would be willing to help you out, but of course you’ll also have to use him as your agent as well. He has helped a ton of people in your area from BP!

@Jesse Hubble, that’s not true. I’ve assisted my clients with purchasing with as little as 15% down. 20% is usually what most investors put for down payment. Feel free to contact me if you need more information.
