@Bryan C. an ACH Transfer is a direct bank account to bank account transfer.  The tenant uses their bank account and routing number to create the transfer.  

@Bryan C. Cozy accepts Credit Cards (CC) AND does ACH Bank Transfers.  If the Tenant uses a CC, the Tenant is charged a 3% fee (of the amount charged).
