This coud help you: Apartment Association of LawrenceCounty.

They have a monthly meeting. It was last night.

I would recommend that you stay on the "North Hill area" or the upper East Side.

A majority of the Tenants in New Castle are on some form of City, State or Goverment Assistance.

They would rather purchase a Big Screen TV, then pay the rent. 

Go to Walmart on the First and Third of the Month. That store does more business those 2 days, than any other Day of the Month.

I Think on the last Wednesday of the Month, a group of BP members get together in Fairfield.

Make Ct one of your "keyword alerts," and when the information is posted, you will get a notice of the meeting via an email.
