How do you organize and store your deal analysis? We are new to investing and I would like to keep the deal analysis/reports we complete but I’m unsure how to go about storing this information...any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Help - I don't understand how to read this BRRR Analysis report. See screen shots for details. So the acquisition will be $29,070 but how much am I able to refinance out?!? The refinance section of this report is a bit confusing. Can someone explain to me? I'm a newbie
