My wife and I are considering renting some vacation properties (long term) In Newport, RI and Cape Cod. The properties would not be far from the beach. From my research, they have huge returns and the market seems to be in demand while the inventory is low. Has any of my New Englanders have any firsthand experience with renting vacation properties in New England?

I was looking at some of the metrics for the Wallingford/Hamden/ North Haven area and was wondering has anyone had success buying and flipping in these areas?

I'm looking into finding some reliable contractors to position myself to do some flips. I was referred by my bank to look at the website called Contractor Connection https://www.contractorconnection.com. The website seems to be legit. Has anyone had an experience with using contractors from this site?

Hey Watson Hilaire , I seen that you have done some investing in Willingboro. I am from Willingboro and just moved to New Haven, CT. I was looking at doing some flipping and buy and holding in the Boro. I was wondering if you could help me out with a good realtor and reliable contractor for that area?

@James Masotti- Thanks for your reply.  I needed some paint done in some rooms of the house, a vent in a bathroom put in place, and someone to check the AC.The air conditioning system would trip the breaker about every 4 or 5 days or so.  I wanted to get it checked before I began renting it out to tenants. Hello everyone! I have a townhouse that I will be renting out in Wilmington, De. The house is a 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths and 2 Half Baths and 1650 square feet. I do have some minor fixes that need to get done. I'm also looking for a reliable and efficient property manager for the property. Would anybody know of any reliable contractors and property manager's in the area?
