My wife and I are considering renting some vacation properties (long term) In Newport, RI and Cape Cod. The properties would not be far from the beach. From my research, they have huge returns and the market seems to be in demand while the inventory is low. Has any of my New Englanders have any firsthand experience with renting vacation properties in New England?
