Hi Everyone, 

I've been doing alot of deal analysis recently and have found some interesting opportunities in the mobile home space. It seems that the upfront costs are low, vacancy rates for the market I am looking at are low and most of the deals I have found require low maintenance costs and are cash flow positive. However given that these seem to be short term benefits I am wondering what cons if any could arise from investing in mobile homes?

I've been listening to the BP Podcasts over the last two weeks and one of the reoccuring themes is the importance of finding a real estate mentor. As someone who is completely new to real estate investing, what steps do you all think someone could take in order to find a real estate mentor on your journey to exceuting your first deal?

Hello,

I am just getting started on my real estate journey and wanted to get thoughts on whether or not it is advantageous to have an LLC as a real estate investor. My goal is to have a team of investors with me who effectively pool money together to finance and purchase residential homes through the LLC until selling to turn a profit. Does this sound like an effective approach? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
