Hi Everyone, 

I've been listening to the BP Podcasts over the last two weeks and one of the reoccuring themes is the importance of finding a real estate mentor. As someone who is completely new to real estate investing, what steps do you all think someone could take in order to find a real estate mentor on your journey to exceuting your first deal?
