Creating a Real Estate LLC
Hello,
I am just getting started on my real estate journey and wanted to get thoughts on whether or not it is advantageous to have an LLC as a real estate investor. My goal is to have a team of investors with me who effectively pool money together to finance and purchase residential homes through the LLC until selling to turn a profit. Does this sound like an effective approach? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
