@Eric Bergey  good idea. or maybe just a simple forum post with all the different acronyms that everyone uses. I have found if there is something I do not know what it means I can throw that term in the search bar and usually find the answer form another forum post though.

@Lynn MaherI am not familiar with auction sites but I would only offer what you think it is worth. If the numbers do not work @ 52K (probably do not since nobody else bought it at 52K) then only bid what you can make work. Do not forget to see if there are additional fees associated with the auction such as a buyers premium or closing costs and fees.

I also have never heard of only being allowed to bid once, it sounds like it defeats the purpose of an auction.

Sorry I can not be more help.

Good luck

@Cody Schaaf go to profile and settings then click on forums on the left side of the page. You should see an option for Forum Signature. Enter your info there and it should show up in all your posts.

I am afraid to get into a buy and hold then not being able to rent it out and not having the ability to at least service the debt.

@CK Hwang  I think my brother gets 100-200 per trash out then sells what he can via e-bay and garage sales.

Are you considering doing trash outs as a business?

I guess my next question for anyone reading this would be what brand or type of composite they would recommend from all points of view: cost, durability, reliability, maintenance, etc.
