In today's competitive market where folks purchase homes with no contingencies with cash a lot of times.

How hard is it when you are working with a client that will have home to sell contingency.

Many homes that I show. I get a message from listing agent saying to submit best and final by certain time.

My question is that in deed true or just a pressure to buy tactic?

Post: Is buying a parking space in condo building good idea?

I was looking for condo for sale and found parking is sold saperately.

I've noticed folks in area pay $400 plus a month in parking lease.

I was curious can anyone lease it or only folks that live in the condo building.

Also, is it profitable to purchase the parking space alone without condo and lease it out

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I want to purchase a condo for investment.

Will the back add both properties to calculate my debt to income ratio?

I showed a home and asked the listing agent why the home went contingent and then got relisted.

The agent said the inspection went bad because there was no permits on any work done.

The home had fully remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, etc.

The listing agent said the contractor has done everything to code and has years of experience.

Do you need permits on everything done inside the home and will inspection fail with no permits.

Can anyone provide any feedback on this topic.

Inspection on the home failed and buyer backed out.

A new buyer is interested in home.

Can new buyer get copy of Inspection report from listing agent so he doesn't have to pay for it.

Insurance is really expensive if you're self employed.

Where do real estate agents get affordable health insurance.

Thank you
