I showed my client a condo in downtown Chicago. 

The 25% rental cap is maxed out and there is 20 person waiting list.

My client wanted to know approximately how long will that take. 

Not sure what is the rectangular opening 

The yard has a different fence type on left side, different on right side and different type in the back side.  Client asked if they can have one fence type vs 3 types.  There are 3 neighbors and 3 different fences.

I'm a new agent and need some advice.

I showed a home on a hill.

When I went downstairs one part was fully underground and another part was not underground at all.

I've noticed some basements are fully or partially underground.

What is considered a basement 🤔

I showed a home to a client.

The client really liked the home.

Client noticed the home went contingent and than it came back on the market.

Can I ask the listing agent what happened and tell this info to my client or this is confidential information.
