Wait.  Isn't finding the deal more important?  I mean, if its a good deal, someone will finance it, right?

Hi.  Im planningmy marketing strategy now as well.  Im using listsource.com. many on here recommend it, there are others, but im starting there with 500-1000 yellow letters.  Im going to set up google voice, but am contemplating doing a website as well for both buyers and sellers.  Im not sure if thats necessary just yet. Anyone have any advice?

Good luck!

The way I understand it, it's like buying an asset (instead of saving in a bank), then collateralizing it in a loan, to purchase property (or make a down payment).   So as you refill your cash reserve, it is still earns interest (and dividends) in the policy.

The concept is not much different than using a HELOC or IRA, but different benefits and different vehicles. That, and uninterrupted compound interest, are behind the concept. Plus tax benefits if you're loaning to your business.

Most people get too caught up in the asset - life insurance, and how long it takes to completely set it up, and overlook how to use it.
