Is there a particular site y'all use to create a LLC? I have done one through my state and legal zoom. Just wondering if anyone had a different one. And if there was one that helped you create a website also. I know zoom does.

The person I got it from, Got it from an investor friendly attorney in Georgia. The attorney himself is an investor (wholesaler and flipper).

So like I asked @Wayne Brooks@Alex K. what do you see wrong with this? If y'all just not into wholesaling then just say that.

Thank you Todd and Jake, Merry Christmas brothers.

Can you explain why @Wayne Brooks

I got this from someone on Facebook. What do you guys think? It seem to cover everything.

We are going to start putting in some offers to put properties under contract for wholesaling Now that we have a good buyers list. I'm kind of confused on the process and Hoping to get some clarity.

When we find a motivated seller and agree upon a price and signing the contract, do I physically give them $100 to $500 in earnest money while I'm locking up their property for 40 days or do I give it to the lawyer office who does the title search?

I'm in Georgia so we use lawyers, not title companies.

Great job @Ghenia Flewellyn Good luck to you.
